Welcome to Quality Digest's
2003 Six Sigma Software and Services Directory. This month's
issue is packed full of useful Six Sigma information. You've
probably already seen our cover story, the Six Sigma Survey
on page 24. Along with tables outlining the survey results,
the article features several Six Sigma experts commenting
on the state of Six Sigma today.
Six Sigma is one of the most popular methods of reducing
defects to almost nonexistent levels. And, to meet growing
demand, software companies and consultants have expanded
their offerings to include Six Sigma products and services.
We've compiled this directory to make it easier for companies
interested in Six Sigma to find a product or service that's
right for them.
This directory is divided into two sections: Six Sigma
Software and Six Sigma Services. The Six Sigma Software
guide lists more than 80 companies that have responded to
our requests for information and told us they supply Six
Sigma software. The second section, Six Sigma Services,
lists 150-plus companies that offer training, consulting,
implementation services, and Black Belt and Green Belt certification.
Companies that offer both software and services are listed
in both directories.
Each entry includes the company's contact information
and a brief description of its offerings. Please note that
not all companies provided a company description, and not
all companies we contacted responded.
