This year's guide is bigger and better than ever -- with nearly 300 testing labs -- almost twice as large as last year's guide. If you need to test it, probe it, prod it, zap it, fry it, freeze it, nuke it or smash it, you'll find a company in this guide that will do it for you. The matrix, which you can download by clicking here, provides 17 broad topics under which testing labs have indicated they provide a testing service. In addition, labs may have listed other testing services that they provide. These services are included across from the lab's telephone and fax numbers. The Site Certification column of the matrix is a rather broad category that allows the lab to indicate any national, international, local or supplier certifications they may have. We have also included two columns that show whether a company's test equipment is traceable to NIST standards and whether the company is registered to ISO 9000. Obviously, this guide only scratches the surface of the thousands of testing labs available.
