The Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) recently awarded a total of $85,900 to 22 Green Bay-area manufacturing organizations for training and Six Sigma projects, and there is more money available.
“The grants help local manufacturers implement projects like lean manufacturing, 5S workplace and Six Sigma,” says Jim Schmitt, Green Bay mayor. “To the small entrepreneur, $4,000 can really make the difference.”
