This is my first column for 2000. Who knows how the 20th century will come to an end? One thing is certain: I
don't plan to be here to write a column in the year 3000. I am anticipating at least another 30 years, though, so I thought I might comment on my plans for the next few years.
Philip Crosby Associates II (PCA II) will have a greater presence on the Internet. We have created all of this intellectual property over the years, and we are going to make it available to
companies, academics and individuals. Much of it has already been translated into several languages, and it has all been proven through application. I've been trying to cut my
travel schedule down a little, without much success. The best I have managed is to be a little more selective. In 2000, I will be going to Oregon, Iowa, Connecticut, Indiana, New York, England,
France, The United Arab Emirates, Brazil and Turkey. These are the destinations we know about now, and I have turned down a dozen others. I feel well and am strong due to my resistance training
workouts. But I want to write more than my 2000 schedule permits. So, in 2001, I will limit my trips to a half dozen per year. My workbox contains much of my manuscript on the
reliable organization. A condensed version comes out from the Hong Kong government this month. In 2000, we look for a growth spurt for PCA II and a lot of bad meals on
airplanes for me. There is a great opportunity for those in the quality profession. Learn to help management succeed instead of trying to follow the latest fad. Good luck in the new year. About the author Philip B. Crosby, a popular speaker and founder of Philip Crosby
