No news, good news, it is often said: whoever does really listen to customer's voice? You buy your item, you pay for it; what follows is entirely upon your own shoulders, the supplier won't even care to listen to you. We are not virgins on the market, we know what real life is like, in spite of any registration logo(s) the supplier might show. Salesmen's legends recount exceptional acts of customer care: I'm afraid those days are gone, today's customer is no person anymore, he's just "cash".
