(Shingo Prize: Logan, UT) -- People asked, and Shingo Academy listened to their requests for the great lineup of Shingo training courses to be offered in more locations, more often. The first of these new Shingo Workshop events is scheduled for Nov. 17–19 in Dallas at the Hilton Garden Inn.The workshops are offered á la carte, so you choose the training that best fits your individual needs.

Start with the popular basic one-day training course in the Shingo Principles of Operational Excellence, with the option to include a second-day, gemba “go see” site visit, featuring hands-on assessment training. Then optimize your time and travel investment by taking advantage of even more training choices, such as the new TPS Mapping workshop that teaches the application of tools, principles, and systems within an organization. Other options include the new Leadership workshop, a dinner seminar featuring tips for those interested in challenging for the Shingo Prize, and the new Business Process Improvement workshop.
