PerfectPart is available preinstalled on touch screen hardware, and is pre-integrated for “one click” connection to a number of commonly used plant floor tools and inputoutput devices. A browser-based administrative interface allows system management from any Internet-connected device, including modern mobile devices.

Intuitive, user-friendly configuration allows for rapid application installation and maintenance by plant personnel, avoiding additional pressure on IT resources. The appliance-based design results in a highly scalable deployment model, allowing organizations to start with a single station and easily scale into hundreds without additional integration services.
