Ko Kuwabara has an education from Cornell University and is an associate professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD. His research focuses on the motivational psychology of networking, and he teaches a course on leadership in the MBA program. His work has been published by the Academy of Management Review, Psychological Science, and the American Journal of Sociology, to name a few.
