Steven Garner is a semi-retired quality professional with over 25 years in quality assurance as a quality engineer, manager and a director of Quality and Safety in the defense and commercial manufacturing industries. He also served 16 years as an Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Garner led the Quality and Safety departments in two DOD contracting companies with product lines ranging from satellites and space equipment to aircraft modifications for the military and government departments and has worked as a quality director for the DOD. His driving belief is that quality is more than just acceptable products and service with minimal defects but rather a way of business that affects all functions in a company and all employees. Garner continues to offer his expertise as a consultant.
