Andy J. Yap, Ph.D., is an associate professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD and has been on the faculty at the Sloan School of Management at MIT. His expertise and research includes heirarchy and status, power and politics, management, strategy and organizational change, and various topics within leadership. Currently, he directs the Executive Presence and Influence (EPI) program.
