Her 25 years in the quality field includes extensive experience with continuous improvement, statistical process control, Deming management methods, culture development, professional management, and strategic planning. Savage is an Aileron guest facilitator, where she shares her experiences with entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them implement professional management methods. She has served on multiple for-profit and nonprofit boards, and was named a Top 25 Women to Watch Honoree by the Better Business Bureau.
