Florence Stone is editorial director for the American Management Association (AMA), with responsibility for their quarterly journal and several of their e-newsletters. Prior to coming to AMA, she was associate editor for the American Gas Association. She has written several books, including Coaching, Counseling and Mentoring and The Manager’s Question & Answer Book, both published by AMACOM.
