(iotaSciences: Oxford, England) -- The Oxford-based leader in the rapidly growing field of single-cell handling solutions, iotaSciences, is releasing the first encouraging data for the use of its recently launched single-cell picking instrumentation, isoPick, based on the company’s proprietary fluid-shaping technology. In a collaboration with SEISMIC at the University of Surrey, isoPick has been evaluated for single-cell sampling for subsequent analysis by mass spectrometry.

Notably, isoPick rated strongly in several aspects related to ease of use, portability, and automation. The results of the evaluation study were presented as a poster presentation at the upcoming British Mass Spectrometry Society (BMSS) annual meeting in Manchester, England, Sept. 12–14, 2023.
