(WCBF: Chicago) -- Learn how to effectively confront the barriers for the deployment of lean and Six Sigma in a health care setting at Worldwide Conventions and Business Forum’s (WCBF) 8th Annual Lean, Six Sigma and Process Improvement in Healthcare Summit. The event will be held March 18–19, with workshops March 17–20 at the InterContinental New Orleans Luxury Hotel in New Orleans.
For this summit, WCBF is bringing together case studies that represent a broad cross-section of disciplines and expertise in Six Sigma in health care. Along with networking, participants will also gain practical insights into how health care organizations are successfully deploying lean and Six Sigma in a variety of clinical and operational applications.
WCBF’s Healthcare Summit features nine presummit workshops and four postsummit workshops. The agenda is split into three parallel tracks covering different themes catering to the specific needs of beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. The agenda covers Six Sigma and will focus on lean and other process improvement methodologies. Organizations presenting are from across the health care supply chain, including hospitals, health care systems, and payers.
