(EFCOG, LLNL: Livermore, CA) -- The Energy Facility Contractors Group (EFCOG), representing more than 135 member companies, was created to address common challenges and improve operations across the U.S. Department of Energy complex. EFCOG will host its Quality Assurance, Integrated Safety Management, and Contractor Assurance System (QA/ISM/CAS) Communities of Practice meeting at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) March 31–April 3.

EFCOG, representing over 135 member companies, was created to address common challenges and improve operations across throughout the Department of Energy. By fostering collaboration between contractors and leadership, EFCOG has helped achieve mission milestones while prioritizing workforce safety and operational excellence.
The meeting will feature breakout sessions on topics such as contractor assurance systems, quality assurance policies, safety culture, software quality assurance, procurement engineering, supply chain quality, and human performance improvement. Attendees may also tour Livermore Laboratory’s National Ignition Facility, depending on availability.
