Offering opportunities to learn from others, share common experiences and knowledge, and make connections among industry peers, the user community is open to all. In addition, users of the company’s flagship products, SQCpack and GAGEpack, have additional access to product-specific content, including Q&A discussions, support resources, and suggestions about leveraging software features.
“This exciting step forward enhances PQ’s social networking and support tools by offering our customers a place to connect, collaborate, learn, and share with like-minded users, globally” says Beth Savage, PQ Systems president. Users can ask questions, exchange ideas and best practices, share product tips, and discuss challenges in their quality improvement initiatives.
The user community supplements existing channels for customer support that include live chat, phone, and email contacts.
