(Konica Minolta Sensing: Ramsey, NJ) -- Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Inc. (KMSA), a global leader in 3-D scanning hardware and services, has announced the start of the 2012 3D Scanning Workshop series in Pomona and Anaheim, California.

The workshops cover 3-D scanning, reverse engineering, and inspection for a variety of applications, including product design, art, animation, quality control, and rapid prototyping. Engineers will be available to answer application questions and provide individual project consultations. Registrants are encouraged to take advantage of the workshop exclusive offer where one sample part will be scanned free of charge. Complimentary food and beverage and a tour of the museum are included in the workshops.
