COMET North America Inc. recently hosted the grand opening of its service and repair center at its headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The new facility features the highest-quality test, repair and maintenance services for all COMET X-ray tubes, RF products and FEINFOCUS microfocus X-ray tubes. It offers turnaround times of as little as 24 hours for the initial evaluation and analysis of damaged X-ray tubes or modules.

The service center also features four certified service engineers with more than 25 years of experience. In addition to troubleshooting, the center features failure-analysis service for complex electronics devices and precision components, such as those found in military, aerospace and medical device applications.
