In response to growing joint-venture opportunities with existing and prospective customers, Control Micro Systems has expanded its applications R&D facilities and capabilities. Control Micro Systems facilities now include CO2 (10,640nm), 2 micron Thulium fiber (2,000 nm), Ytterbium fiber (1,064 nm), frequency doubled Nd:YVO4 (532 nm), frequency-tripled NdYVO4 (355 nm UV) and a new multiwavelength femtosecond laser.
Support resources include beam-shaping and focusing optics, robots and programmable stages, vision systems, and test equipment.
Control Micro Systems provides long-term, dedicated R&D facilities including client-dedicated R&D laboratories, assigned full-time Control Micro Systems employees, full-time onsite client employees. It also offers unfettered access to Control Micro Systems electrical, mechanical, and software engineering support as well as a complete machining center and fabrication capabilities.
