Instron Corp. recently received accreditation for ISO 376 calibration of secondary force standards. The company also expanded its calibration services. In addition to force, strain and hardness measurements, Instron now offers accredited on-site calibrations of speed, displacement, stroke and temperature. Accreditation to ISO 376 was achieved by Instron’s North America Calibration Lab in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Instron holds accreditation from a number of international accrediting bodies, including NVLAP (North America), UKAS and DKD (Europe), NATA (Asia and Australia) and KOLAS (Korea).
Instron is a provider or testing equipment for the material and structural testing markets.
