PQ Systems Inc. recently released GAGEpack EZ, an easy-to-use gage calibration software program that includes many enhancements. New features in the GAGEpack EZ include a maintenance, calibration and R&R calendar that keep scheduled activities available at a glace. The calendar can be color-coded to show due dates. Enhanced reports include drag-and-drop features, customized footers and a special “my reports” list. For R&R percentages, sigma values can be user-selected, and improved security features include a view-only mode and password access for the creation, deletion and editing of files.

Other elements include linking to calibration and R&R procedure files and the ability to set custom validation criteria, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001. Custom queries allow users to focus on specific gages, and columns with the gage list can be sorted by clicking a header.
