Trace Laboratories recently acquired a new vibration testing system to expand its services in vibration and mechanical-shock testing. Its new Unholtz-Dickie T2000 Series vibration-testing system meets the high-G vibration- and shock-testing capabilities required by aerospace, automotive, medical and military clients. The new equipment provides Trace Laboratories with sine-on-random vibration for gunfire-shock simulation, transient-capture capabilities for real-time acceleration monitoring, field-data replication, frequencies from below 5Hz to 3,000 Hz, and high-level sine and 600 g shock-pulse testing.
