This seminar describes the challenges associated with capturing process knowledge and producing good process maps. You will learn about a simple yet effective technique for understanding and documenting work processes. You will also see several examples of process maps created with the add-in for Visio of Harvard Computing Group’s process mapping software, TaskMap.
Both the method and the software described during this session have been designed for use by experts and nonexperts.
