Aiming to promote professional excellence and provide travelers with safe, secure and efficient airports, Airports Council International’s upcoming conference will focus on service quality in airports around the world. The Airport Service Quality Conference will include workshops, one-on-one networking sessions and an exhibition hall. Delegates from around the world are expected to attend the event, which will be held March 5–7 at the Beach Rotana Hotel and Towers in Abu Dhabi, capital of The United Arab Emirates.
The conference will comprise four sessions: “Why Excellent Service Pays Off,” “Customer-Friendly and Efficient Terminal Operations,” Quality Management,” and “Communications and Education.”
“This conference will play a major role in developing industry professionals on service excellence in airports,” says Sheikh Ahmed bin Saif Al Nahyan, chairman of UAE’s Department of Civil Aviation. “We are proud to be hosting this specialized conference in Abu Dhabi and to have the chance to congregate with high caliber international airport management and experts.”
