AppSense Ltd. recently announced its participation in Citrix Systems Inc.’s Citrix Ready and the latest release of Management Suite software.

Citrix Ready allows Citrix channels and customers to determine the best third-party solutions and products for use in Citrix environments.

“Citrix Ready makes it easier for customers to select the best application delivery products and solutions for their specific needs from the large number of complementary solutions,” says David Jones, corporate vice president, business development for Citrix.

“We chose to be an early member of Citrix Ready at the leadership level in order to demonstrate our commitment to the success of this initiative,” says Charles Sharland, CEO of AppSense.

AppSense’s Management Suite Version 7.0 is its first major release to be Citrix Ready, and it increases support for statistical reporting, flexible configuration management, system self-healing, user profile management and application lockdown.

AppSense also recently showed its products’ new features at Citrix Summit in Florida.
