(ASQ: Milwaukee) -- The American Society for Quality now offers an advanced online Knowledge Center to help web users find and access all things quality. The Knowledge Center provides a unique and user-friendly venue where web visitors can learn about quality, explore quality hot topics, and easily navigate through a vast array of quality tools and resources. Features such as “Ask a Librarian” provide users with customized research options.
The Knowledge Center is located at www.asq.org/knowledge-center, and its features include:
- Knowledge Center Search—A powerful new search tool that allows web users to search tens of thousands of journal articles, books, standards, and e-learning opportunities, it lets users “slice and dice” their results to focus quickly on specific content.
- Standards Central—A web destination for the latest news and how-to information on standards, Standards Central includes content meant for newcomers to the world of standards, including a “Standards 101” section, as well as tools and resources for the most sophisticated users and developers of standards. This section also features “Ask the Standards Team,” a free service that lets standards users at any level ask specific questions and receive customized answers.
