
The summit will feature several breakout sessions, with topics such as process mapping, performance excellence in the service sector and corporate social responsibility, along with a luncheon keynote address by James K. Gray, Brascan Corp. corporate director. NQI certification will be available for delegates participating in the process mapping sessions.
The event will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The National Quality Institute is an independent, not-for-profit organization. It plays a major role in Canada on workplace excellence based on quality systems and healthy workplace criteria.
