Capella Hotels & Resorts has chosen PAR Springer-Miller Systems’ SMS|Host Hospitality Management System for installation at Capella’s luxury hotels. Schloss Velden in Velden, Austria, and Capella Castlemartyr Hotel and Golf Club in County Cork, Ireland, will be the first to implement the guest-centric hospitality management system.

Both hotels will use SMS|POS Retail for the spa, golf and transportation; SMS|Spa/Resort Scheduling for transportation, spa and dining reservations; SMS|Enterprise for central reservations and data collection; SMS|Membership Management for the golf club and spa; SMS|Activities for booking outside guest services; and SMS|Host Front Office System. Capella Castelmartyr’s individually owned residences will require SMS|Multi-Property Management.
