Two divisions of the International Quality and Productivity Center will present a conference on the use of lean in product development.

The event will feature experts from organizations such as TRW Automotive, Honeywell International, Hewlett-Packard and Cisco Systems Inc. discussing ways in which they’ve used lean in product development. Case study topics include lean product development prerequisites for success, how the application of lean is changing the way companies perceive product development and how industry leaders are applying lean for faster top-line growth.

Several preconference workshops are also available.
