There will be two conferences in September featuring the 2004 Baldrige Award winners, offering quality professionals an opportunity to learn valuable tips in performance improvement. They will be held Sept. 1 in Orlando, Florida, and Sept. 28 in Minneapolis, respectively. Both conferences will feature networking and seminars with representatives from the 2004 Baldrige winners, The Bama Co., Texas Nameplate Co. Inc., Kenneth W. Monfort College of Business, and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton.

The Baldrige winners will explain their best practices and performance strategies in all seven Baldrige Criteria categories: leadership, strategic planning, customer/market/student/stakeholder/patient focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource/faculty/staff focus, process management, and results. There will also be a pre-conference workshop for Baldrige process beginners.

The Orlando conference will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes hotel and the Minneapolis conference will be held at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel.
