Seven books on TQM will be published and translated into Arabic, according to
e-TQM College, a Dubai-based provider of online courses in total quality management. The move is an attempt to address the lack of TQM resources in the Middle East and to increase awareness of TQM in the area, while supporting learners’ acquisition of internationally registered publications in English and Arabic. Published by the college’s Arabisation and Publishing House, the selected books reflect state-of-the-art thinking and managerial principles, and help readers increase their knowledge through well-documented processes and procedures. They’ve been adopted by several United Arab Emirates government departments and organizations, including the Dubai Civil Aviation Department, Dubai Municipality and the University of Sharjah.
