(Quality Digest: Mountlake Terrace, WA) -- Quality Digest is looking for a part-time copy editor/writer (not video or audio editor) for a remote position. Roughly 20 hours/week, schedule to be determined, but will need to at least partially overlap California working hours. Our ideal candidate:

• Must have experience either working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or have previous editing experience with manufacturing or industrial topics 
• Should have some knowledge of the quality profession (quality assurance, quality control, ISO standards, test and measurement, etc.)
• Be experienced with technical writing/editing 
• Be based in the United States or Canada
• Be proficient at copyediting and basic publication applications (MS Word, Google Docs, etc.)
• Be knowledgeable in AP style
• Should understand how to do basic image editing (crop, resize, etc.) in Photoshop or similar software
• Should have a very basic understanding of HTML markup
• Be punctual with deadlines
