As concerns about food safety and bioterrorism become increasingly prevalent in the food industry, the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association and RQA Inc. have announced an alliance to offer discounted quality assurance services. The service will provide a dedicated RQA account manager to work with NRFA members. RQA is a provider of product development, quality assurance and crisis management services to the consumer products industry. In the hospitality and food service industries, RQA offers product development, product sampling and food safety audits, operations and crisis management services. The company also helps food supply chain clients meet regulatory requirement and ensure crisis readiness.
