RBB Systems develops, manufactures, and delivers small batches of custom electronic assemblies and control panels in Wooster, Ohio, and CB Manufacturing in West Carrollton, Ohio, serves the industrial knife industry with superior customer service. These two companies recently completed business transformation projects aimed at saving Ohio jobs. Guidance and federal funding from the Great Lakes Trade Adjustment Assistance Center (GLTAAC) helped, but the leaders of these companies already knew what they needed to do.
