Many well-known business gurus will be speakers at the upcoming Outsourcing Summit, which will be held in San Diego next month. The conference will feature keynote addresses from Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor, who will speak on “The Art and Practice of Change Insurgency;” Abe Eshkenazi, American Express TBS managing director, who will speak on “Assessing Your Options in Business Process Outsourcing;” and Darren Dolcemascolo Sr., EMS Consulting senior partner, who will speak on “Outsourcing and the Lean Enterprise.”

Other topics to be discussed include manufacturing services outsourcing, global sourcing, and document process outsourcing. Speakers include representatives from Booz Allen Hamilton, Bell Canada, Cisco Systems, Northwest Airlines and The Help Desk Institute.
