Isonics Corp. recently hired Patrick Taylor, Ph.D., as director of quality assurance for its semiconductor division.
Taylor received his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh and worked as manager of quality assurance, director of analytical services operation and lead scientist for SUMCO, the world’s largest manufacturer of silicon wafers.“I am extremely pleased to welcome Patrick to our executive team. Over the last 18 months we have substantially improved our quality and capabilities to satisfy the more stringent requirements of the 300-mm market,” said Joanna Lohkamp, COO of Isonics’ semiconductor division.
“I view bringing Patrick on board as a key element in our strategy of continued growth, both in terms of customers and capabilities; the expertise he brings will allow us to achieve a new standard of excellence.”
Isonics hired Taylor to support the significant growth that its semiconductor division has experienced during the past year.
