Pilgrim Software Inc. recently completed its first “Crystal Reports/Data Mapping and Reports” Boot Camp for owners of its software products. Eight customers and one partner attended the three-day session, which offered optional Crystal Reports training. The training provided students with the prerequisite Crystal Reports knowledge necessary for the Data Mapping and Reports Boot Camp. The session focused on mapping data, gathering requirements, reviewing report and database relationships, building a custom report against requirements, and testing the results.

“The boot camp was taught at a level where everyone involved would be able to maximize their report-building capabilities,” says Adam Rosenzweig, Community Blood of Central South Florida. This summer, Pilgrim Softare plans to offer other boot camps on validation, SmartDoc, SmartAudit, SmartSolve Overview and Technology/SmartComm.
