In conjunction with its Quality Expo sponsors, Automated Precision Inc. (API) and Veeco Instruments Inc., Quality Digest gave away a 32-inch flat screen television to one lucky winner during the last day of Quality Expo in Rosemont, Illinois.

At Quality Expo, API was featuring the API Tracker3 with I360, the only laser tracker accessory that combines handheld laser scanning and probing in one unit. Veeco showcased the NPFLEX 3D Metrology System, the most flexible, noncontact 3-D areal surface characterization for large samples in the medical implant, aerospace, and automotive industries. Both companies will be featured in Quality Digest-produced product videos in the near future. 

The giveaway was part of a series of booth promotions at Quality Expo and represents Quality Digest's continued mission to serve both it's readers and its advertisers. Quality Expo attendees were directed to sponsor's booths where they were given tickets for the flat-screen drawing after their badges were scanned.

At the noon drawing on Thursday, Sept 23, quality assurance manager Linda Clarke was the winner. As part of our continuing service to our readers, Quality Digest publisher, Mike Richman, carried the flat screen to Clarke's car.
