Shanya Salamaca, RABQSA manager of certification services, now represents auditor authentication bodies on the American Aerospace Quality Group Registration Management Committee.

“This is a very pleasing recognition of the value and contribution RABQSA is offering the aerospace industry,” said Michael Carmody, RABQSA president and CEO. “Shanya has had a long-term involvement with the AAQG, and it is pleasing that her commitment and contribution to the industry have been recognized.”

The Registration Management Committee evaluates RABQSA’s recommendation regarding the certification of aerospace auditors to the AS9100 and AS9110. Salamaca assumed her new responsibility October 1.
