Sparta Systems Inc.’s newly certified channel partners may now sell, implement and support its TrackWise software in market segments outside of the life-sciences industry.

TrackWise is enterprise process management software that allows businesses to ensure compliance, lower costs, reduce risk and improve control by consolidating management of actions and issues, facilitating reporting and trending, and automating workflow.

Sparta Systems will keep servicing the life-science industry itself and provide comprehensive training for certified solution providers. The channel program has a three-tiered structure, offering its partners reseller discounts, access to company resources and marketing support.

“Presenting TrackWise as part of their overall solution set gives our partners the ability to immediately increase the scope of solutions and value-added services they can provide to their customers,” says Kyle Moll, vice president of channel sales at Sparta. “Our partners benefit from the ability to offer dozens of unique solutions based on the TrackWise core software.”

Sparta set up the infrastructure for its channel program in 2006, and several partners have signed on.
