As quality assurance manager of the flex circuit division, Chester Wright will manage all compliance programs and activities related to products, including ISO standards, Underwriters Laboratories certification and military specifications certifications for Vulcan Electric Co.

Wright has had leadership roles in the development and implementation of world-class quality programs and systems, and more than 38 years of experience in the printed circuit industry, including design and manufacturing.

Vulcan Electric designs and manufactures rigid-flex and flexible circuits and thermal products, including temperature controls, electric heaters, temperature sensors and calibration services to the defense, semiconductor, medical, aerospace and commercial markets.

Wright has had quality management jobs at Lockheed-Sanders, Circuit Images Inc., Hadco and Teledyne Printed Circuit Technologies. He is a member of the IPC trade and standards association.
