Rear Adm. Walter Skinner, AIRspeed Command Deployment Champion, will deliver the keynote address at WCBF’s 3rd annual Six Sigma in Service & Transactional Environments Conference.

Skinner will present a case study entitled “Achieving Transformation in Service and Transactional Environments to Become a Six Sigma Organization: Naval Aviation Enterprise AIRSpeed.” It will address the Navy’s vast continuous improvement program, success stories, lessons learned and strategies for deploying Six Sigma in government agencies.
