(X-Stream Leadership Group: Pottstown, PA) -- X-Stream Leadership Group, provider of executive coaching and leadership development, has announced its inaugural session for its new world-class Blended Black Belt course developed in conjunction with Drexel University. This course combines in-class teaching and activities for modules and simulations that require hands-on participation, with professionally shot video modules for the material that lends itself to online learning.

The course is 17 weeks total, with five weeks in class and a Saturday for your project review board. The course also includes something few other courses provide, a full day of train the trainer with video taping, training to overcome resistance to change, and extensive facilitation training.
