Voltaix Inc.’s employees have recently received lean manufacturing training in an effort to improve the company’s semiconductor performance.The training was provided by the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program Inc. Earlier this year, 15 Voltaix employees received Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
“This training provides our employees with a tool kit that will help our continuous improvement teams improve quality and reduce lead times,” says Matthew D. Stephens, Voltaix CEO. “Further, lean manufacturing techniques lead to streamlined processes which are safer to operate.”
