InfinityQS, Branson Ultrasonics Partner to Increase Visibility into the Welding Process

(InfinityQS: Chantilly, VA) -- InfinityQS, a statistical process control (SPC) software company, and Branson, a provider of plastics joining and metal welding, have announced they are including XPort, the quality control integration application, with all Branson 2000X touch-screen welders. Pairing these welders with the XPort utility provides increased visibility into the welding process, enabling manufacturers to increase the value and performance of their weld processes.

The XPort utility logs weld parameters and serves as an interface into InfinityQS’ ProFicient SPC suite of applications, as well as other quality control software for monitoring and analysis.

Additionally, XPort provides real-time visual displays of critical welding attributes, equipment error codes, and other summary information from a single Branson welder or multiple welders across a production floor.
