(Milliken: Spartanburg, South Carolina) -- Milliken & Co. has announced the formation of a dedicated business group to provide performance improvement services to manufacturing companies. The new group is called Milliken Performance Solutions and will be based in Milliken’s Spartanburg, South Carolina, headquarters. The formation of Milliken Performance Solutions will expand services to support companies outside of Milliken’s traditional base. The group will report to Craig Long, vice president of Six Sigma and quality. “The decision to provide performance services is a direct result of companies across the United States requesting Milliken’s assistance to improve operating performance as the competitive bar has been continuously raised,” says Long.
