(University at Buffalo: Buffalo, NY) -- Scheduled for March 8, 2011, this three-day, ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor Training course provides auditors with the skills necessary to perform process audits that result in findings for continual improvement. The training focuses on process performance and compliance. Instructor Don Bowes guides students through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, role-playing, group workshops, and open-forum discussions. The course reviews the entire ISO 9001:2008 standard and instructs participants on how to conduct an effective and meaningful internal audit. Participants will complete a document audit of their organizations’ quality manual and compare the same against the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard under the guidance of the instructor.
