ReflectOne is a software solution unique in its transparency, quality, and business cost savings for process assessment, process audit, and process improvement. The process-mining technique can analyze an organization’s behavior and control structures automatically. ReflectOne can analyze massive volumes of data, not just samples, and produces reports that can cut the internal control structure review time in half. 

The new release of ReflectOne contains several features that will allow for more flexibility within report-generation as well as data assessments based on different metrics. The new features include: exportation into other software programs, new filters and metrics, and detailed animation view. “The new animation view makes it easy to track and trace exceptions,” says John Hoogland, CEO and co-founder of Pallas Athena. “An auditor can quickly locate the out-of-the-ordinary cases, and process owners as well as Six Sigma champions will also be able to see an animated recap of the case.”
