Today, different laws and regulations impacting health and the environment are in place worldwide. The complexity and variability of information and requirements has led to increased burden and substantial costs for the supply chain.
The IAEG has been created to promote the development of voluntary consensus standards addressing environmental concerns, such as chemical material declarations and reporting requirements, and to create a forum for dialog on industry optional approaches for implementation of environmental requirements.
IAEG’s 11 founding members are: Airbus and EADS, Boeing, Bombardier Aerospace, Dassault Aviation, Embraer, GE Aviation, Northrop Grumman, Rolls-Royce, SAFRAN, United Technologies Corp., and Zodiac Aerospace.
