(ANSI: New York) -- The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) announces that registration is open for its upcoming anticounterfeiting conference, Crossing Borders and Sectors: Exploring Robust Anti-Counterfeiting Solutions.

The Sept. 22 meeting, part of the World Standards Week 2010 series of events, will define and address the need for standards and conformance programs that can help fight counterfeiting across industries, market sectors, and national borders.
